FINAL-YEAR STUDENTS AND INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE AT MEGARAD CENTER
In early December 2021, the complicated situation of Covid 19 affected the study plans of university students. Under such circumstances, Mega Vietnam was pleased to welcome two students: Nguyen Quang Linh and Tran Ba Ngoc Phu who are final year students of course 17 - Faculty of Chemistry - Danang University of Science and Technology to the position of interns at Megarad.
The Board of Directors wished to help the final year students best complete the graduation project completion plan and have the most interesting experiences during the 2-month period of working with the staff of Megarad Center.
From Da Nang to a new land (Hanoi), they would surely have a lot of surprises and certain difficulties. Mega Vietnam has assisted them to find a place to live near their work location so that the Covid 19 situation has the least impact on their internship progress.
In the first step to Mega, the children were specifically introduced to the Company's Culture, Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Bringing the spirit of listening and taking initiative, Linh and Phu quickly integrated into a new dynamic and creative environment with the company's employees.
Mega's collective activities such as the year-end program at the end of 2021, and team-building helped them have more opportunities to communicate openly, exchange, and get used to the culture and people of Mega Vietnam. These are also opportunities to leave a lot of happy and warm memories of the journey of working and studying which lasted only 2 months.

Mega's Men's football team has 02 new members, the two of them have become young factors that bring impressive situations on the pitch.
In terms of expertise, engineers at Mega Vietnam New Materials Research and Development Center step by step guide them with professional knowledge and experimental knowledge. Each staff member participating in the guide are enthusiastic advisor in their work and are brothers and sister who are ready to share the most interesting things with Phu and Linh.

At the end of 08 weeks of internship, although the time is not long, 2 students have gained many new lessons and new experiences in skills and expertise for work and life. And after all, they had so many beautiful memories at the end of their student days!
With the project on Fireproof Paint and UV Paint, two students successfully completed their internship journey under the co-guidance of the university's teachers and Megarad's engineers.
Graduation internship at Mega is one of a series of training activities of the Company in association with Da Nang University of Science and Technology with the desire to help students gain experience and contribute the knowledge learned to the work at the enterprise, as well as train the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties in the working process. This is also the companion, sharing, and friendship between the University and the Company so that the Faculty of Chemistry has training oriented towards the goal of meeting the actual needs of businesses.
