PRODUCTION OF ANTIQUE IMITATION PAINT BASED ON PU2K SOLVENT SYSTEM
Antique bronze emulsion paint is now known as a good substitute for real copper. This type of paint creates an antique bronze color effect, applied in many different fields and items from roofs, gates, potted plants, railings, fences, Buddha statues, etc.
The product painting process includes the following steps
Step 1: Epoxy primer
Primer with gray or reddish brown epoxy primer mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Stir well, then paint, wait for the primer to dry completely, and proceed with the next coat.
Step 2: Paint bronze emulsion
Co-mixed emulsion paint in the ratio 2:1:1:0.2 (2 balls, 1 hard, 1 gasoline, 0.2 bronze emulsion). Then spray another layer of ball without copper emulsion in the ratio 2:1:1 (2 balls, 1 hard, 1 gasoline).
Step 3: Spray AC black paint
For the purpose of decoration and highlighting the product. A layer of black AC paint will be sprayed onto the copper emulsion surface. At places where it is necessary to put patterns and details to highlight the product, they remove the AC paint layer.

Step 4: Paint with protective gloss
2K gloss coating protects the paint surface from scratches, and weather resistance, and keeps the color of the copper emulsion inside. Mix paint in the ratio 2:1:1 (2 hard, 1 ball, 1 gasoline) mix the mixture then spray. The paint dries completely within 48 hours.
